What we collect

When you submit our lead form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, company, an optional system-size range, and your free-text project description. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics.

Why we collect it

We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about your potential commercial solar project. We do not sell, rent, or share lead information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers we use

The lead form passes through a small number of service providers to operate:

• Vercel hosts the website and runs the form's serverless endpoints.
• Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that submissions come from a human (privacy-preserving CAPTCHA).
• Upstash stores short-lived rate-limit counters tied to IP addresses, never tied to personal data.
• Resend delivers the lead email to SunRenu's intake address.
• GitHub stores the site's editable content, which the team manages through a git-based editor (not lead submissions).

Each operates under its own privacy practices; we configure them to retain the minimum data necessary.

How long we keep it

Lead submissions are retained in the SunRenu intake inbox indefinitely as a customer record. If you ask us to delete your record, we will remove it within 30 days.

Our server-side logs record only event types and timestamps. Personally identifying information from form submissions is never written to logs.

Cookies + tracking

sunrenu.com sets no first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived session cookie limited to its bot-check function. We do not run advertising pixels, Facebook Pixel, or similar.

Children's privacy

sunrenu.com is intended for commercial buyers. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone in that age group.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information at any time by emailing us at support@sunrenu.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Updates to this policy

If we materially change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Substantial changes will be summarized at the top of the page.
